We can’t wait to meet you! Here’s what you can expect when you join us for church.
There’s no dress code, no church experience required, and no expectations to meet. It’s our goal to create an inviting environment where you can be yourself and grow closer to God.
You’ll have the chance to meet people, make connections, and build relationships to pray for each other, invest in each other, and build each other up
At Sugarloaf, we preach through Scripture verse by verse, allowing God’s Word to speak for itself and helping us understand its truth, meaning, and application for our lives.
See what God might do.
Come worship. Meet some people. Hear God’s Word. See if Sugarloaf could become home.
Trying to find a new church home? We get it: one visit isn't always enough. That's why we invite you to take the "Give Us Six" Challenge and attend six Sundays in a row.
By the end of six weeks, you'll know if God is calling you to be part of Sugarloaf, or we'll gladly help you find another gospel-centered church to call home.
At Sugarloaf Church, we believe God’s Word should be at the center of everything we do. Each Sunday, we gather as a church family to worship together, encourage one another, and grow through faithful, expository preaching that walks through Scripture and helps us understand and apply God’s truth to everyday life.
Whether you’ve followed Jesus for years or you’re just beginning to explore what faith means, there’s a place for you at Sugarloaf. Through Life Groups, worship, biblical teaching, and genuine fellowship, our desire is to help people know Christ, grow deeper in their faith, and live out God’s Word throughout the week.
Come as you are. Bring your Bible, bring your questions, and join us as we grow together in God’s Word.
Each week, our Nursery Ministry provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment created especially for our youngest children. Our caring volunteers are there to make sure little ones feel comfortable, welcomed, and grow in their own faith.
Each week, our Kids Ministry provides engaging, age-appropriate biblical teaching that helps children discover the truth of Scripture in ways they can understand and apply. During Children’s Worship, kids also have the opportunity to worship, learn, and grow together in an environment created especially for them.
We believe that every student should be in an authentic relationship with Jesus and have the opportunity to be in a community of other believers. Through weekly programming, we are able to build up future leaders, allowing them to discover God’s call on their lives, and serve others around them.

Every Sunday at Sugarloaf is an opportunity to gather as a church family, grow deeper in God’s Word, and worship Jesus together.
Our morning begins with Life Groups at 9:15 AM, where people of all ages can connect, build relationships, and study the Bible together in a smaller group setting.
At 10:30 AM, we gather for Worship, joining together through music, prayer, fellowship, and faithful, expository preaching from God’s Word.
Whether you’re looking for a church home, wanting to grow in your faith, or simply exploring what it means to follow Jesus, there’s a place for you at Sugarloaf. Come join us this Sunday!
Our worship is blended, featuring both traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs. Each service is Christ-centered and designed to bring generations together in worship.
Friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. Sugarloaf is a close-knit church where you can expect warm greetings, genuine conversations, and a place where people will know your name.
Sugarloaf Church is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), the Florida Baptist Convention, and the Lake County Baptist Association (LCBA). We affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 as our statement of faith.

We want you to feel comfortable and welcome just as you are! You’ll see a range of styles, from casual attire to dressier outfits, so feel free to wear what you’d normally feel good in for a gathering. Whether it’s jeans, khakis, a dress, or a suit, the most important thing is that you’re here. We’re just glad to worship together with you!
